How to Book a Service

Steps to Book a Service via Email

  1. Send an Email to Us

  2. Include the Following Details:

    • The Ordering Office: Specify if the booking is for Sales or Lettings.
    • Property Address: Provide the full address, including the postcode.
    • Booking Preferences: Indicate how and when the booking should be scheduled:
      • Specific Date and Time (e.g., 14th February at 10 AM).
      • ASAP (as soon as possible).
      • Specific Date, Flexible Time (e.g., 14th February, any time between 9 AM–5 PM).
      • Organise with a Third Party (e.g., the owner or tenant).
    • Third-Party Contact Details: If we need to coordinate with the owner or tenant, provide their:
      • Name
      • Phone Number
      • Email Address
    • Access Information: Let us know how our team will access the property:
      • Keys: Provide details on key pickup/drop-off.
      • Meeting Someone: Specify who will meet our team on-site.
    • Vendor’s Phone Number: Include the vendor’s contact details in case we need to get in touch.
    • Property Size: Provide either:
      • Square Footage (sq ft)
      • Number of Bedrooms
    • Additional Requests: Mention any specific shots or details to capture for the property.
    • Existing Marketing Material: Share any photos or floorplans the owner likes or dislikes for reference.
    • Product and Package: Specify the product and package you'd like:
      • Core
      • Prime
      • Super Prime

Access Requirements for Your Booking

To ensure a smooth and successful visit, it’s important to provide clear and accurate access details when booking. Any delays or incomplete access information could result in rescheduling, additional charges, or cancellations. Below are the different types of access we work with and what you need to consider.

Meeting Our Contractor On Site

If someone will be meeting our contractor at the property, they must arrive on time to provide access. This is the most straightforward option and helps avoid delays.

Access via Building Porter or Concierge

For properties with a porter or concierge, a key release email to building management must be arranged in advance. Without this confirmation, the porter may not be able to release the keys, which could lead to rescheduling or additional charges.

Collecting Keys from Another Agent

If keys will be collected from another agent, we require confirmation that they will be available at the time of the booking. A key release email should be provided in advance to avoid any unexpected delays.

Using a Lockbox

If access is via a lockbox, the code must be shared with us before the booking. Without it, our contractor won’t be able to enter, which could result in a missed appointment.

Key Collection Distance

If the keys are located more than a mile from the property, a key collection fee will apply. This covers additional travel time, which can affect our scheduling for the day.

Returning Keys to a Different Location

If the keys need to be returned to a location other than where they were collected, prior approval is required. If the return location is more than a mile away, we may not be able to accommodate the request.

Access to Communal or Restricted Areas

If you would like us to capture communal areas such as a gym or pool, please confirm with building management in advance that access will be granted. Some properties have restrictions that could prevent us from completing this part of the job without prior approval.

Properties with Under-18s Present

For safeguarding reasons, we are unable to enter a property if an under-18 is present without an adult. If this situation arises, we will need to reschedule the booking.


What Happens Next?

  1. Our Customer Success Team will review your request and confirm your booking within 1 hour during business hours (9 AM–6 PM, Monday–Friday).
  2. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking.
