- Significant staging will not be performed, but the contractor will declutter where possible, adhering to our two-minute rule for minor adjustments.
- Key areas like kitchens, living spaces, and exteriors are prioritised to create a comprehensive visual story.
Post-Production
- The clips are professionally edited to create a cohesive 45-second video optimised for social media.
- Add-ons like agent introductions or voiceovers are seamlessly integrated for personalisation.
- We can also source music of your choice, but please note that we take no responsibility for any copyright breaches. Music must be supplied prior to the booking.
Delivery
- The final video is delivered within 24 hours, ready for use across all major social media platforms.

Edits	Each video includes 2 complimentary edit rounds. Any further revisions will be charged at £35.00 per edit.
Add-Ons	Optional personalisation, including agent introduction or voiceover, for an additional £50.
Video	Add your choice of video, make sure it is provided to Click in MP3 format before the booking is confirmed. Note: Click will not take responsibility for copyright infringement based on music supplied to us
