Photo, Floorplan, Video & Editing Preferences at Click

At Click, we offer a curated approach to property marketing that aligns with your brand. Our default preferences ensure high-quality and consistent output, while additional preferences allow you to customise your content further. This article outlines our default settings, common additional requests, and how to request adjustments.

Why We Use Preferences at Click

At Click, we understand that estate agents and property professionals want the expertise and personal touch of an independent photographer while also benefiting from the availability and efficiency of a larger supplier. Our preference system is designed to offer the best of both worlds, ensuring consistency, quality, and a tailored experience.

How Preferences Help You

  • Bespoke Yet Scalable: By defining your preferences, we ensure that every shoot reflects your brand’s unique aesthetic, no matter which contractor is capturing the property.

  • Consistency Across Listings: Whether you’re marketing a single property or hundreds, your portfolio will maintain a uniform, high-quality appearance.

  • Efficiency Without Compromise: Our photographers follow set guidelines while also adapting to specific requests, allowing us to maintain high standards across all jobs.

  • Adaptability to Market Needs: As property trends shift, your preferences can evolve. We offer the ability to update your global preferences as needed to stay ahead of industry expectations.

Case Study: Chiswick Externals - Photo Preference

2 (2)

Problem - Mature tree lined streets caused front externals of prime property to not be used as hero shots, even when they were a great feature

Solution - Rather than capturing the front external in a landscape orientation we changed to two portrait shots and combined these in the edit to create a new landscape image. Creating a shot that our client is proud to use as the hero image on their listings

Implementation success - To enable consistent capture we utilised the “Photo Preference” in our Photographer App this prompted the photographer every time they had a booking for this client to break from the norm of landscape externals and capture two portrait externals with a 98% accuracy

How to Request Additional Preferences

All additional preferences require approval to ensure they are feasible within our workflow. To request new preferences:

  • Email: info@clickmediagroup.co.uk

  • Include:

    • Your office name (preferences are applied at the office level, not per property)

    • A clear description of the new preferences

    • Any reference images or videos if applicable

Note: Preferences apply to all future bookings once confirmed. Contractors do not make judgment calls per property your preferences will be followed consistently.

Final Considerations

  • Floorplan styling can be fully customised (colours, fonts, disclaimers, branding).

  • Video & social content can have standard intros/outros, voiceovers, and custom edits.

  • If using third-party images, ensure you have permission from the copyright holder before submitting them for edits.

  • Supplied music must be cleared for copyright—Click does not accept liability for unauthorised use.
