The Process

On-Site Visit

  • Our contractor will arrive at the property within the scheduled time frame.

    Note: Access via keys will be treated as a flexible time window unless specified otherwise.

  • They’ll spend approximately 2+ hours on-site, allowing extra time for refined composition, staging, and multiple lighting setups.

    Tip: For the best results, we recommend reading or sharing with your vendors our property staging guide to ensure the property is presented in its best condition.

  • Staging: Our most experienced contractors will provide enhanced staging, ensuring the property is optimally presented. However, while small adjustments may be made, we do not undertake decluttering or full-scale room rearrangements.

  • The contractor will carry out any specific requests provided at the time of booking.

Report an Issue Feature

  • If any quality issues are encountered on-site, the contractor will communicate their solution via our Report an Issue feature.

  • The client will be alerted to these issues and the proposed solution.

  • If the client prefers a different solution, they must get in touch immediately via info@clickmediagroup.co.uk or our phone number while the contractor is still at the property.

  • Any adjustments requested after the contractor has left will be considered a revisit and may incur additional charges.
