At Click, we take copyright and content distribution seriously to ensure our clients receive their assets securely and in the correct format. Below, we outline how and when content is distributed, different types of copyright based on packages, and our current content distribution system using Google Drive.

How & When We Distribute Content

Once your content is ready, Click will distribute it via our Google Drive system, ensuring a seamless and secure download experience. Please ensure your IT department whitelists Google Drive to optimise delivery and avoid access issues. Clients will receive an email with a link to their folder containing the following:

  • High resolution images

  • Low resolution images

  • A contact sheet for easy reference

Tip: This is also great for sharing with the homeowner to get their approval on shot selection before finalising the listing.

Delivery Timelines

  • Photos: Delivered by 9 AM the following morning.

  • Floorplans: Delivered by 11 AM the following morning.

  • Virtual Staging: Delivered within 12 hours of selecting the image for staging.

  • Drone & Social Videos: Delivered within 24 hours of the shoot.

Types of Copyright Based on Packages

Click’s copyright and usage terms vary depending on the package purchased. Below is an overview of how copyright is assigned:

Core Package

  • Clients receive marketing rights only – this allows use for property marketing but does not transfer ownership.

  • The images cannot be distributed to other agents, vendors, or third parties.

Prime Package

  • Includes full image copyright – allowing clients to use, edit, and distribute the content as they see fit.

  • Clients receive 3 free additional edits as part of their package.

  • Images can be shared with vendors, other agents, or marketing teams without restriction.

Super Prime Package

  • Clients receive full image copyright as in the Prime Package.

  • Includes priority scheduling and one free cancellation up to 24 hours before the shoot.

  • Designed for properties where perfection is required, and content can be used without restrictions.

Prime and Super Prime Tip: Consider sharing the final photos with the homeowner upon completion to strengthen relationships for repeat business. Alternatively if the homeowner later instructs another agent, you may have the opportunity to recoup costs by offering the images to the new agent for purchase.

Current Google Drive Content Distribution System

Once content is ready, it is uploaded to a secure Google Drive folder that is unique to each client. This system ensures:

  • Easy Access – Clients receive an email with a direct link to their content.

  • Multiple Formats – High res, low res, and a contact sheet are provided for different use cases.

  • Secure Storage – Only authorised clients can access their files, reducing the risk of unauthorised use.

  • Time-Limited Access – Content remains available for a 3 months period before archiving.

Third-Party Content & Copyright Approval

If images are shared with Click that were not captured by our team, they may require edit approval from the original copyright holder before any modifications can be made. Clients must ensure they have the necessary rights or permissions to edit and distribute third party images before submitting them for processing.

Music & Copyright Liability in Social Video Products

Click can integrate background music into social video products to enhance engagement. However, clients must ensure that any music supplied for inclusion is fully licensed or falls under copyright free usage. Click does not accept liability for any copyright infringement claims arising from the use of copyrighted music within these videos. We recommend sourcing royalty free tracks or ensuring proper licensing prior to submission.
