How is the Prime Package Different from the Core Package?

  • More Photos: The Prime Package includes 24 photos, compared to 16 in the Core Package, offering broader coverage of the property’s best features.

  • Experienced Contractors: An experienced contractor will be sent, specialising in producing unmissable photos for larger properties and managing client expectations seamlessly.

  • Enhanced Staging: More staging is offered compared to the Core Package. Our experienced contractor will focus on presenting each room in its best light by adjusting small items and enhancing compositions. The contractor will use their extensive experience to work collaboratively with you to ensure the property’s best features are showcased effectively, provided the property is in a presentable condition prior to their arrival.

  • Exclusive Prime Benefits: With Phone & Email Support, 3 Free Additional Edits, and Full Image Copyright, the Prime Package offers greater flexibility, support, and value.


The Process

On-Site Visit

  • Our contractor will arrive at the property within the scheduled time frame.

    Note: Access via keys will be treated as a flexible time window unless specified otherwise.

  • They’ll spend approximately 1.5 hours completing all booking requirements. To ensure this timeframe is met, the property should be in a condition to be captured. We will focus on capturing the best angles available.

    Tip: The condition of the property can hugely impact the angles we capture, so we recommend sharing our property staging guide. The contractor will select compositions unless specific instructions were provided during booking.

  • The contractor will carry out any specific requests provided at the time of booking.

  • Staging: Enhanced staging will be performed by our experienced contractor to ensure rooms are presented in their best light. While we will assist in staging by adjusting small items to improve the composition, we won’t declutter or reorganise entire spaces. Our contractors aim to work collaboratively with you or your vendors to highlight the property’s best features, but it’s important to ensure the property is in a presentable condition prior to their arrival. Adhering to practical time limits, we focus on creating impactful visuals that showcase your property at its best.

Report an Issue Feature

  • If any quality issues are encountered on-site, the contractor will communicate their solution via our Report an Issue feature.

  • The client will be alerted to these issues and the proposed solution.

  • If the client prefers a different solution, they must get in touch immediately via info@clickmediagroup.co.uk or our phone number while the contractor is still at the property.

  • Any adjustments requested after the contractor has left will be considered a revisit and may incur additional charges.

Additional Information

    All photos and floorplans are optimised for use on property portals like Rightmove and Zoopla. They will be delivered in landscape format unless requested otherwise and include:
